Go to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > General Settings > Newsletter Settings.
Enable/Disable the blue button for Newsletter Section to show the Newsletter on homepage.
Enable/Disable the blue button for Single Newsletter Section to show the Newsletter in Single post.
Paste the Newsletter Shortcode.
Click on Publish.
